1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the “Design with Adobe Express” tool on Digitech Printing’s website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Content You are solely responsible for the content you create. You agree not to create, upload, or print any material that:

  • Infringes on any third-party intellectual property or copyright.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, or contains hate speech.
  • Contains viruses or malicious code.

3. Intellectual Property The design tool is provided through the Adobe Express Embed SDK. All rights to the software remain with Adobe. Digitech Printing claims no ownership over your original designs, but requires a license to use them solely for fulfilling your print orders.

4. Order Fulfillment We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates our company policies or quality standards.

5. Limitation of Liability Digitech Printing shall not be liable for any errors in the final print that were present in the user-submitted design. Please review your design carefully before submitting.
